Job Specification

Purpose of the role:

Leverage our trusted position to convert relevant agency prospects

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business development role  
  • A passion for sales and driving revenue is critical; you’ll be arranging, meeting, and converting prospects to become paid members of Creativebrief 
  • A real interest in the creative industries and a genuine understanding of the dynamics involved between brand / agencies 
  • Highly organised 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building and problem-solving abilities 
  • Marketing & Advertising industry experience  
  • Agency / Media Owner background desirable 
 

 

What the job involves:

  • Responsible for building and managing sales pipeline with relevant companies and contacts via targeted research sourced trade press and data sources (e.g. LinkedIn)  
  • Develop a programme to nurture qualified leads through to conversion from all sources including inbound, existing database and new contacts. 
  • Use HubSpot to capture accurate pipeline information and reporting 
  • Collaborate with marketing and wider teams to leverage CB position and content 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to harness network
